This website is operated by Tactile Air. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tactile Air. By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase. Information you provide must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. PRODUCTS
We work to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors and packaging. Product descriptions, availability, prices, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase and is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm the order. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Free standard U.S. shipping applies where displayed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, address, and other delays outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Current processing, delivery, tracking, and split-shipment information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the site only for lawful personal or household purposes. You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, collect information without authorization, impersonate another person, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site design, Tactile Air name and branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Tactile Air and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
The store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Tactile Air, not Shopify. The site may use third-party tools, payment services, carriers, fulfillment providers, or links. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers that help operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.
11. FEEDBACK
If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to operate and promote the store. You represent that your submission is accurate and does not violate another person’s rights.
12. ERRORS AND CHANGES
We may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inventory inaccuracies, or omissions and may update or cancel affected orders. We may change or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary.
13. DISCLAIMERS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactile Air will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Tactile Air against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
16. SEVERABILITY; WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies linked above form the entire agreement concerning use of the store.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
